We are still on the road visiting family for Christmas. Last week was my wife’s family. This week, mine. I am road weary. Not much time to myself, falling behind on manuscript revisions (which will be late now) and visiting family and friends each day. In short, I am tired.
I have worked in some 3-mile runs on every other day. Just nice and easy base miles. I’ll run tomorrow morning, then again on Sunday. Then I’ll most likely not run for at least a week since we’ll be at Disney world. I’ll get my miles in, but they’ll be walking!
