Five for hump day

1. She ran 366 marathons in one year

2. Is repetition in training better than variation in training

3. We did this when my friend Megan trained for Boston!

4. Okay.  I will! (I wanna coach someday)

5. Really fun race report.  I can see myself doing one of these some day
