    Bonus: Fantastic article.  Especially regarding keeping EASY runs EASY, and slower than you think you should go.  Too many people run too fast on easy days or get stupid and “test” their speed on days when a recovery run is called for.  If you have to consistently “test your speed” then you have confidence problems, have a problem with self-discipline, or have issues following a plan.
