3rd week back

Started my third week back. Back running four days per week now, with one off day and two weight training days. Still confined to the track. At first I was ready to get off the track but I am taking the opportunity to work on form and just let my body get used to running again. NO PAIN in the achilles. But my knees and ankles, which had a thirty day vacation, are talking to me.

Go to that site to register. From my recovery schedule progress, I would guess all I can do is the 5K.
