For the first time in my running life I have run 100 miles in a month–and the month ain’t over yet. Today’s run broke 100 for October and I still have about 13 to run before the month ends.
Feeling kind of proud. Feeling strong , too. Today’s run was cold (30 degrees F at start) and I kept a solid pace even up hills. I think this whole marathon thing just might work out.

Congrats! One thing about the weather in Orlando, though, is it’s very unpredictable in January. Some years Disney has been 40-50 degrees and other years 70-80 degrees. The last two have been pretty warm. Just FYI so you can be prepared to handle the heat in case it might be that way again in 2009.
How cool is that?I know that you are going to do great!
The year I did Disney it was 34…froze my butt off.
