They call them junk miles…I call them crap.

Ran a horrible 6 miles this morning, two days after running 20. I was still stiff and sore and felt horrible. Blech. I won’t run again until Friday because of holiday stuff, so I’ll surely hope to be in a better mood by then. Yuck.

  1. No worries! Your body is going to get better and better at recovering. I still recommend reading 50/50: What I learned running 50 marathons in 50 days by Dean Karnazes. Such great training tips and EXTREMELY motivating book-and I’m not even training for a marathon! You’re doing so awesome, and are such an inspiration, especially to your kids I’m sure. They’re at the perfect age to really take what your doing to heart and be encourage and inspired by it. You should be so proud of everything you have accomplished thus far. I’m excited for you!Hope
