So, in anticipation of a possible Show title change and new focus in my running life, I decided to claim a name I am fond of. Yes, it is a modification of the excellent public radio show “This American Life.” It is broad enough to encompass all of what I do now, and not so limiting that I have to do this all over again in two more years. So, welcome to This Running Life. I’m G, your host.

Gordon. Listened to the new show last night. Love it. I’m going to be bugging you Mr. ambassador because my wife and I are running San Francisco in July. Would love to meet up out there. I lived there for 12 years-it’s a great town. Can’t wait to go back and claims those hills as mine!
